Yesterday after a lacklustre MFF United training session, even though all five players put in a decent performance, team officials acknowledged rumours that the team has been chasing midfielder I_AM_CANADIAN!, a veteran of three seasons with MFF United prior to the club going into administration. CBC reporters caught up with IAC himself as he was, um, riding his bike home from school. :icon_mrgr:

"I would love to get another chance with my former club. Even though my favourite teammates like hammer9 and RViN are long gone, RViN over to those (bleeping) mother(bleep)ers OSR FC, I still feel a sense of loyalty to the badge and would like to make a return to MFF United."

"This morning I was suffering from a mysterious foot condition, but it seems to have cleared up. I'd obviously like to start at right attacking midfield, where I played for my first go-around with the club, but I suppose playing in the middle wouldn't be bad. And I hope some new kid hasn't taken my squad number ten."

MANAGER JimmyShimmy Denies claims of bringing in I_AM_CANADIAN

It's all speculation to me, his agent Marie Flangy hasn't contacted me regarding the players to come back. The agent then would have to contact me, thus me giving him a trial period:P

I_AM_CANADIAN! stated in a recent press release that he had never heard of anyone named Marie Flangy, and notified Interpol that an imposter was acting as his agent.:boat:

He did state, however, that MFF United manager jimmyshimmy could contact him personally to discuss a trial period, and apologized for not realizing immediately that he was the star goalkeeper formerly known as Arab.

Contract details have not been released to the press as of yet, but its rumoured that IAC would be willing to sign for twenty packs of hockey cards and one free ice cream a day per season.
