Not a great draw. Shame that two of Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa and Man Utd will have to go out. I guess the 'best' tie is Chelsea v Macclesfield the team bottom of the football league plays the team who will be top when the tie is played.
Charlton will be a great carrot for Salisbury (it's premiership club) or Forest (chance to beat a premiership team) whilst Torquay v Southampton will probably count as a derby if it happens given that both teams are on the south coast (Plymouth v Brighton counted as one!) and Torquay never get a chance to play anyone near to them as there so far away from everywhere. (Assuming Torquay get through)
Comiserations to Tamworth and the winner of Aldershot v Basingstoke as well as Hereford but good luck against Norwich, Blackpool and Bristol Rovers/Bournemouth respectively

Hull City v Middlesbrough
Not a great game to look forward to but we should beat them on paper. If we do will be another story lol.

Depends if they still have Parkinson in charge but if you lose that one Southgate will be in trouble

I was hoping for a lot easier tie for Newcastle, Birmingham flying high now.
Forest have got a very good chance of getting through against Charlton, get those friggin Londoners up to City Ground, and we'll giv em a right good game!

we should still beat Birmingham. But our main priority is climbing up the table now

True, but a nice bit of silver wouldn't do any harm aswell though!
Always is the same weekend, gonna be hard to go through cup weekend and watching MOTD without seeing Brentford. In the last two years it's always been something to look forward to after Christmas, still hopefullly our league form will do that

indeed.
a nice day out for a fair few weymuff fans, and so close to knocking you out. if only that goal had gone in... there would of been no need for a replay and we wouldn't of lost.
oh well.
good memories still :)

i couldnt make the away match to the forest ground unfortunately.
the home game was ace though, even though the result was lacking. the atmosphere was great.
Villa at home is okay. It'll be a tough game but if we're on our game we should be able to beat them.
Hopefully I'm up Wales over the 6th or 7th of January.
