We'll Probably end up going down but if we did it might be a good thing.

We need to get players who want to play for us, rather than just turn up for their money.

We should ahve a PPP wage system.

PPP - Pay Per Performance.

If you play excellent then you get more money, play shite and you don't eat lol.
