i think he should at least get to go another season SA ,Thing is i know you guy's are in front and i do think you are well capable of winning the league now but realistically we are still in there with a shout so i do think the fans should be backing Strach

Wait a minute. Aren't you the guy that wanted Le Guen sacked because he was catholic!!!

Anyway. Strachan knows he has to win things every season or he has a chance of being punted. It's the same at most clubs these days. I don't think he should be sacked. But at the same time he has benefited from facing an extremely poor Rangers over the past few seasons.

It's perfectly relevant seeing as the discussion is about a Celtic manager. Why not link it with a ex Rangers manager. I wouldn't say we hate Strachan.

Why is it not relevant??Simple The talk is about Strachan.He has a good record at Parasite,and the tims (well a few of them)are not happy with him.If PLG had 2 titles in a row,he would be considered a hero(well to most gers fans).But then again McLeish won more trophies than wibble o neill,but he was never accepted by a lot of Gers fans.

It is relevant.

Strachan has been given a lot of slack from most Celtic fans based on his good record. But there is a bigger picture. That being that Strachan is failing at his first big challenge. Mickey mouse could have won those two championships for Celtic. We were meant to be stronger than this. I wouldn't sack him yet. But there is a case for sacking him.

Aye,but he is up against Gers led by Sir Walter Smith now.The signs were there since last January,that Gers would be a force again.Since Walters return,Gers picked up more points than celtic,did in the remainder of last season.

Todays result confirms(more or less) that a none too great Rangers side will probably win the treble. And reduces the chance of GS being Celtic manager for next season. He has kept faith with too many poor performers. Has signed too many poor players. And shown too many tactical blunders. Time for him to go.
