I don't think you should be allowed to prank call 999 at all, especially when you think of it in a way that the time spent attending your prank call, someone could have died.

people who prank call are just scum. the time it is taking for the cops etc to get to the prank call someone is dying somwhere across the town and because of the scum, they are not attended to in time.

Lock them up and they will never do it again
