No it wouldn't. It says the tens digit is five more than the units digit. Yours is eight more.

no it's not it says mt 10's digit is 5 more than my units digit.
4 ( Difference ) 9 = 5
It then says my hundreds digit, is 8 less than my 10's digit
9 ( difference ) 1 = 8

Though I have to say your way is quite weird as if I said to you I have £149, I would mean I have one hundred and forty nine pounds, not nine hundred and forty one. See, people like you are the reason for having to write the number out in words on a cheque! :laugh
