If this proves to be correct it would be a good indication that Drogba(most likely) or another striker is leaving this summer. Gomez is a quality striker, maybe even better than Anelka and he is only 23.

Another Bundesliga star that Chelsea are look at is Rafael van de Vart and he has alerted Chelsea by saying he would be interested in a move to the club.

Chelsea have open up the wallet and £16.2m have poured out for Porto right-back Jose Bosingwa.
The 25yr old will join the squad after Euro2008.
Makes you wonder what the most recently signed right-back, Belletti, is feeling.
However, the good news of new squad player, doesn't come without some criticism. Some believed that Chelsea have overvalued Bosingwa and he is not worth that much. :ninja
