Playing Gary Caldwell every game despite him being a shite player when a proven top quality defender doesnt get on th bench(Balde) We didnt keep a clean sheet away from home in over a year and balde comes back into the team= straight away we keep a clean sheet away from home.

We have no plan B. Its all 4-4-2 and when he does change it the players dont know where they are playing. It takes us at least 10 mins to make a sub.

His acheivements:

Season 1:Going out in the most embarrassing fashion against artmedia
Won the league at the expense of the worst rangers team in years

Season2: Last 16 due to home form(atmosphere?)
League title again against a poor rangers side and when walter smith came back we even managed to struggle to the title(last minute winner v Kilmarnock)

Season 3: Out of both cups at home(again embarrassing)
Last 16 again because of our home form, 2 late goals v milan and shakhtar
Results went our way to get through. Not out of the league yet and i still believe we will win but not because of us, more so that i think rangers will bottle it!

The amount of shocking signings he has made is incredible.
Any other manager would have acheived the same if not much better with the money he has had and the fact that rangers were shite for two years. He's being found out now when rangers have put it up to us :thumbsdownsmileyani

I support the team with all my heart and i still believe we can win the league but when it comes to strachan i just dont think he's up to it now that rangers are back under smith. Just listen to some of hs interviews and youll see why most fans want him out! I could write forever on why he's a poor manager etc. but im gonna stop now :laugh

He's lucky thats all, you dont win the amount of games we have in the last minute without being very lucky!

Maybe Strachan has taken a leaf from Arsene Wenger’s book and got his players to put in that extra effort in the final ten minutes of a game. Arsenal seem to score a hell of a lot of late goals when the opposition is tiring and it could be why Celtic score so often in the last minute?

Dunno about that. Strachan's sides have been dire to watch most times. If he goes then I'd love to see Moyes come. But I don't know if he'd leave Everton.
