There seems to be a mixed reception
to Elvis signing for Celtic, I would think that
it is mostly positive.
OK he is 33 and did play for Rangers at one
time but he can command a defence
It seems the perhaps legitimate concerns
are his age and if he holds down a place
in the celtic defence for the spl what happens
when they play in Europe because he is cup tied
I think it is a good signing but the short term
and long term needs to be looked at because
Celtic may lose about 4 players soon

I'd figured he would end up in Celtic rather than Charlton. What do you mean he's cup tied? He can't play in CL?

I may be wrong but I think he cant play in the cl
for now so yes that is what I mean re him being
cup tied.
I think he has kind of worked the situation
perhaps making Celtic decide sooner if
Charlton were after him ;)
You would think that Celtic would suit him and
his family
apparently he was at Gordon Strachan's house
a few times recently.
good luck to Steven Pressley but would the
Rangers turn it on soon please :)

This is a signing that is more necessity than anything else. He is here for a season and a half, probably no more. I can't say I'm all that impressed with him. He isn't that good and is 33. An old man. He is due to play against Killie. And can play CL football next season. I saw him at the local Tesco last week incidentally.

Id love to have seen him at City but Pearce doesnt know how to find good players. I tink hes a really good player. I bet Charlton are dissapointed. Hed completed the medical and was about to sign but decided to stay in Scotland which is fair enough. He will be a replacement for Balde anyway as hes out with a broken leg. I think hes good man to have in your squad.
he should move to Charlton, but he rather Celtic because Charlton are bottom of league lol.
Anyway i think its best for him because you know he live at scotland, his family there is it? so thats why he chose Celtic!:)
