Isn't he one of your best players?
The manager will probably go, i've never heard of your manager like.
I wonder if a prem team will snap him up.
TBH i know nothing about football or 'fitba' north of the border so I dont know if he is any good.

There has been a lot going on at Ibrox
behind the scenes.
I heard about a month ago that some of
the scottish players were against Paul le Guen
the story is that he had imposed an alchohol
ban and strict food regime.
Some of these guys are on 50k a week but
still want a bevvy and curry
Barry Ferguson is a very good player but
not world class.
I wonder where this will end and
if we will ever know the full story
the truth always comes out eventually.
I think all players should be on a strict diet. If i was paying some people £50k a week I would want them to be in top condition although, i woudlnt stop them having a curry every now and then :D

a poster on Rangers proboards
says there is a rumour that Barry
was leaking news to the press via
his Brother Derek
Fairly mixed comments by Rangers fans
but most are saying that the club is bigger
than any one player

Well done Le Gaffer...now here is a fact
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fist of all can I say I am a HUGE Barry Ferguson fan....however
The story that appeared in the papers on the morning of the old firm game was LEAKED to the media by Barrys big brother on behalf of our captain. This was leaked 3 weeks before the game at a time when PLG was struggling and was done by the captain to undermine the manager to help speed up his sacking as Ferguson does not like PLG.The papers held onto the story and ran it on the day of the game for their own benefit which annoyed Ferguson so much that he now refuses to talk to the press.
Every single press man is Scotland knows this and yet not one has mentioned it over the last few weeks in their papers, Radio or TV shows...why?? Because PLG does not feed them stories and brother Derek has been using our Captains position to drip stories to the media for their own benefit. PLG has known for 3 weeks now that our captain has been undermiming him to the media.
For the first time in years I applaud our pathetic effort of a chairman for making such a bold statement to show who is the boss and for having the balls to do this.
Bye Bye Barry
No one is bigger than the club and its time for Barry to move on.

just posted on official Rangers site
"Paul le Guen has announced that Barry Ferguson will not
play in tomorrows game with Motherwell and has handed
the captaincy to Gavin Rae
The Rangers manager has chosen that Fergie will not
play at Fir park as Rangers attempt to come back from
defeat at Inverness on December 23rd and the 1-1 draw
with St Mirren on Dec 27th
A club statement reads: Paul Le Guen has chosen on this
occaision to Drop Barry Ferguson from tomorrows game
and the captaincy has gone to Gavin Rae
Rae captained the side in the 1 nil win over Partizan Belgrade
on December 14th but has only started three matches
this season" end

Not so much that he has been playing sh*t
It is alleged that he has been leaking stories
to the press about Paul Le Guen he has been
critical of plg's training methods etc
the story was leaked 3 weeks before the
recent Celtic game but the press sat on
it until the day of the Old firm game.
Fernand Rickson was shipped out because
of bad behaviour
Comments have been made questioning
Ferguson's professional attitude.
PLG has made it clear that he is the manager
We think that PLG will make a statement
after the Match tomorrow.
these things are not known for certain at this
point.

Sheesh. First Ricksen, then Bardlsey, now Ferguson. PLG better find some replacements during the new window, or in the off season.
Rangers definatly need some more quality players as the current ones just don't seem to be cutting it, at all.
aye don't ya just love it ,Burger King for Bazza
