Was Blackburn v. Fulham.

I only watched the "highlights" (using the term VERY loosely) and it was one team hoofing the ball forward against a team with a keeper who would just about make a pub team and were generally useless.

I've seen some pretty boring games, but that has to be the worst in terms of quality of football in the premiership

What was the final score?

Bet it wasn't more boring than Everton vs. Wimbledon, 1994/95.

We won the FA Cup a month later though, making up for it :D

Not really a suprise, away from home Fulham are boring with their poor away following and Blackburn are boring at home with their poor home following.

2-0 blackburn
first goal was a long ball striker got slightest of touches and the ball dribbled through the centre of the net as the keeper had already dived to his right.

Second goal deflection.

To be fair the keeper did make a good save later, but too late

Every other team managed a pretty full house...why should Blackburn be excused...they don't play in Scotland :D

Of course there was the time they took 450 to Goodison, it was Mothering Sunday you see.

You sure it wasn't the Pompey-Pool game that just took place midweek. That was a snore.

can't remember that one funnily enough but the quality of football in that wouldn't have looked otu of place in the conference

it was pretty boring i have to say but i agree with caesarius the pomey liverpool game was very bad.

wimbledon games were alway boring, they just use to kick it up field, i would have hated to be one of there fans

I'm sure there was a game last season involving Fulham. Fulham v West Brom. MOTD only showed about 20 seconds of highlights it was that drab.

MOTD used to always have 20 second highlights on a lot of games

yeah it was usually Manchester City V whoever at the very end of the programme. Me and My dad were convinced the MOTD editor guy was a united fan. I have seen quiet a few games that have been really bad. I hate all games who just kick the ball in the air and hope for the best. The best football is played by the likes of Arsenal who actual kick the ball around.

Sheffield United do that a bit but I like the way they play as there players and fans are passionate and there not afraid to get stuck in.
