I have downloaded office 2003 but its in ISO. I know i can burn this to a cd and they install it that way. But how can i extract the contents of the ISO file to the hard drive so i can then set it up that way?

Thank in advance.

you can use Demon tools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php), it makes a virtual drive emulator where you mount the iso image and then either extract or install the software
