They had a good manager, who could use the players he had effieciently. Plus the team is underperforming due to lack of confidence...

I'm feel sorry for Pardew, Padrew did send West Ham to FA final last year, now he didnt.

Padrew's Charlton and Liverpool are out.:nodyes:

Chalrton were to used to the Cubishley way of running things with him being at the club for so long...now he has left and a new manager has come in they dont know what to do...changing manager all the time, thats the third this season...
