Its such an immense game! So relistic and the most popular FPS of all time; if you havnt got it i recommed you get it:)

Ahh nice one, i've had it for about a year and a half now and sill can't seem to find it boring :)

I'm trying out for a clan called 'de_fault' a UK based clan so its all good. I recommend that you get used to the guns then go onto a Deathmatch server to improve your reactions, its fast paced which is good and you get to go through all the guns in the game and generally practice with them.

Its only £15, should be about the same in $ seeing as its been out for over 2 years now.

And hitman, it'll take me a little more longer to get to a pro status as that! :P

Were talking about Counterstrike Source, but yes, you can get cs 1.6 through steam. Its still a big community the 1.6 scene but I think most of the pro's and clans are moving to source slowly.

thanks, I got steam and bought cs 1.6 last night ($10 :)).

Forgot how good a game it is, and how bad I am without cheats !:p

May get cs:source later as I have to decide if I'm getting a mac this xmas.

No Genuine date yet, lots of promises, but nothing on the shelves!

Yeh thats all I keep hearing, theres meant to have been alot of set backs etc.. hopefully it'll be out by next year, playing that online would be quality.

I`m not sure how it will pan out, technology ain`t moved on that much better than cs2, but hopefully TFC2 will be as raw as it has always been!
