Northampton Town Football Club are pleased to present a Sportsmans Dinner with Duncan McKenzie on Thursday 1st February at Sixfields Stadium.

Duncan's career began at Nottingham Forest and when Brian Clough became Leeds United Manager for the famous 44 days, he signed McKenzie for the Elland Road Club. At the time, he was the most expensive footballer in the country and whilst Forest were £240,000 better off, they lost their most extrovert player. He went on to become a member of the Everton Hall of Fame and also starred for Anderlecht, Blackburn Rovers and Chelsea.

His speech ranges from the hilarious recollections of his playing days under the management of the legendary Brian Clough, to his motivational stories drawing from his experiences in the dressing room.

The event includes a three course dinner, a Sports Memorabilia auction and a raffle.

Individual places cost £30 (+vat), or a table of 10 guests at £275 (+vat)
