I think its a great idea, reducing the Champions league spots from 4 to 3 and the salary cap is another good idea. More teams from the other countries should be allowed into the Champions league and not the majority from the better knows countries.

The salary cap NEEDS to come into force NOW!!

I think its a stupid idea. I would hate to see the likes of Barcelona or Milan play some shit team from a country that has shit football. I think the system it has now is perfect, they should keep the best of Europe as the ones who enter.

It will be a good thing if he does bring into force the Salary Cap.

will be hard to bring it into europe to EU Law but I like the idea of making the CL more elite. Perhaps the top 2 teams should get a place and then all teams finishing 3rd will go into a preliminary comp. to get into the main thing.

I think it should be kept as it is, if we let in the clubs from the smaller countries, the competition will become more and more pointless just like the UEFA Cup has done. It should be for the elite teams in Europe. I'd rather have the Barcelona's v Liverpool's than Barcelona v a team from Norway that has barely been heard of in the final stages.

Possibly, but then you're leaving gaps for the smaller teams like you said here. If you keep the top 4 from the big countries like England and Italy it will still be an elite competition.

There will be the same amount of teams in the competition. But they will be in the form of 1 less place in the Premiership and other leagues. I think its a good idea.

All the great players from those countries go to England/Italy/Spain or wherever, which is why they do not deserve any of the spaces without qualifying. These other leagues will never become as good as the top countries, who the hell would want to play somwhere like Norway (excluding those born in that country). The countries with the best leagues are the most developed countries where people would actually WANT to live in.
