Most of those players are key for their clubs. I like the U21's we should be showing their games on the BBC instead of the sh*te we mostly get from the first team :nodyes:

The future looks bright.

Look good team! .:(

Not a bad squad at all eh. Rooney, Lennon and Richards are all still eligible as well.

Things aren't as bad as some would have us believe.

I thought the squad was to be announced on Friday... anyway looks like a good team.

what a team! with a team like that, Stuart Pearce should win the u21 euro championships easy.

When i first read the team, I immediatly thought of that thread 'the sudden decline in english talent' :nodyes:

Yes indeed. Talksport spent 4 hours the other day talking about the "problem".

I didn't hear much of it, but what I did was utter crap.

The first half in particular was a pitiful embarrassment.

I went to it, and the first half was embarrasinig. Basics weren't been done. Like 5 yard passes going astray. Poor defending for both goals really. (Met the Sky Sports Commentator at half-time aswell) We were sitting the direct row infront of them, me and my mates had a little chat about the game with him aswell.)

2nd ha;f was much more pleasing. Seemed alot more energy in the team. England could have won it right at the death, but I don't think we really deserved to win it overall.

Was a cracking night out. Great atmosphere at a shit ground lol.

sounded like a typical Pearce game. 2 - 0 down at half time.

We shouldn't laugh but France didn't even qualify for the Finals. :hahaha:

(Neither did Spain nor Germany)
