Gow signs pre contract with Rangers

On official Rangers site now Alan Gow of Falkirk has
signed a pre contract agreement

I understand that Falkirk have lost £200k that was
offered during the transfer window

I'm surprised Rangers have gone for a guy of this calibre. I don't see anything special in him.

Fair play to Falkirk for hanging on to him,despite the financial loss.which they could barely afford to lose.tho i understand if the get 6th place they will get 150k which will soften the blow.
