Yeah I agree divers should be punished retrospectively because it would stop it. I don't know why they aren't, maybe someone should ask the FA.

Its getting to common, if he wants people to stop terrorising like it said on the radio this morning then he should stop diving and giving them a reason to.

well, he gets away with it cause he's good at it!
But there should be some retrospective punishment like a yellow not red.

...why not red, because it could lead to a slippery slope. Once you start punishing diving, teams may contest the outcome of the match itself, specially when the penalty was the winning goal. And then that would be one big mess.
