To all DJ's heres a guide to set up SAM3 broadcaster.
here we go :
To Get SAM Broadcaster Message Me!
When you are installing it, use the firebird database option.
start up sam3 , get main window you will see the layout decks and all.
goto config tab the do following:
station details:
name - MFF Radio - You Name
description anything you want
website http://www.myfootballforum.com (http://www.potuk.com/)
the genre options are wot your gonna play the most so you have 3 options here
email is your email optional
stats relay click on + tab brings up box fill it out address is : PM me for details
port : 8000
password : pm Me for details
then click ok.
also kind of server is shoutcast!
thats it for that section .
on desktop B
should see stat relay with the server in there leave that it set !!
below is encoders this is a important part , depending if your seeding while broadcasting select config, select 64kbpsMP3PRO no the ordinary MP3 scroll past mp3 , to the mp3pro section http://www.potuk.com/newforum/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif important you select mp3pro instead as quality excellent.
then select server details same as stat relays address and passoword port number.
and station details the same.
right thats it set up
to use it think on first set asks you for your music directory so input that , then drag your desired songs in to queue just common sense really from here .
to start broadcasting click desktop B click on your encoder right click start , it starts up then just start playing watch it mix your favourite tracks .
