Firstly, download these two apps

WINAMP (http://download.nullsoft.com/winamp/client/winamp532_full_emusic-7plus.exe)

SHOUTCAST PLUGIN (http://www.shoutcast.com/downloads/shoutcast-dsp-1-9-0-windows.exe)

Ok, now you have them, firstly install winamp. Its very simple and straightforward.

Then install the plugin. Also amazingly simple.

The, if winamp is open, close it. Now open it up again.

Winamp should open and also a box titled SHOUTcast Source. If the box doesnt pop up do the following.

Right click somewhere on winamp (or press CTRL + P)
then do the following

Now choose the encoder tab and use the settings below.

Then choose the output tab. PM me for details on what is needed on that part.

I've given up trying to do this, I must of installed it at least 6 times, but it still doesn't show in the Winamp folders or on the actual player

FYI for those with a mac -> no winamp

best next thing, that I found out last night, is an application called Nicecast (http://www.rogueamoeba.com/nicecast/)which is excellent, although it's $40 if legit
