Garth Crooks says English football should be "ashamed of itself" because of the lack of black coaches and managers in the game.

===========================

Why why why do people have to keep bringing up shit like this. Just becuase nearly all managers are white does not mean we are "exluding them".

Maybe the black people don't want to become managers. Next they will be saying its racism becuase the black people don't want to become managers. Its pathetic really and people need to stop coming out with this rubbish.

Les ferdinand said "The opportunities are not there for black players at the moment" and what oppertunities are these then? Do black players need different conditions to play football? No they don't as at the end of the day they are human no matter what the colour of their skin is.

Exactly, if they are not applying then how are the leagues or the clubs exluding them. It pathetic honestly, why do people bring the colour of peoples skin into the equations all the time.

Cos it suits them,and is a totally unfounded way to get favouritism,by putting pressure on authorities,using the race card i think.

could it possibly be that instead of racism black people aren't given the job because either a) they don't want it or b) they aren't good enough for it

Typical BBC stuff, I think I posted this on a different forum, but there's so much money involved in football, chairmen are going to give the job to the person they think will do the best job, they can't risk being racist, not because it's illegal, because of the pressure they get under when hiring a black manager.

Bollox there aren't the same oppurtunities. I don't know this for a fact but I can't believe people would be turned away from a relevant football coaching/management course because of the colour of their skin in this day and age of political correctness.
