Now this is a simple what if discussion and by no means is it to disrespect anyone. :o

Man. Utd. are currently are currently leading the league with a 6 point lead on Chelsea. Chelsea is one game behind so it can be assumed that it will get back to a 3 point difference.

Below is Man. Utd schedule for the rest of the season (from Dec. 9, 2006 to May 13, 2007) with (H)ome and (A)way games. So here is the question:
If Man. Utd. do happen to lose a game(s), who would it be against?

Man City (H)
West Ham (A)
Aston Villa (A)
Wigan (H)
Reading (H)
Newcastle (A)
Aston Villa (H)
Arsenal (A)
Watford (H)
Tottenham (A)
Charlton (H)
Fulham (A)
Liverpool (A)
Bolton (H)
Blackburn (H)
Portsmouth (A)
Sheff Utd (H)
Chelsea (A)
Middlesbrough (H)
Everton (A)
Man City (A)
West Ham (H)

In my opinion, it will be Arsenal.

Well they still need to play the top teams away. They will loose. Tehy're going to slip, it's just a matter of when. We'll see how their depth lacking squad does over the christmas break. I think they'll start to slip then, and hopefully they'll loose tomorrow in CL and if they're in the UEFA cup they'll be in the tournament longer which will only hurt them. I don't care who wins the title as long as it's NOT Manure

I think for them, it'll be tough to patch over injuries and when this happens I reckon this will be the fault.

Arsenal beat them at there yard so i'd like to think when they come down to the Emirates we'll beat them again.

i think united will be arsenal away this seasn, i can see us dropping a couple of points against newcastle, then dropping a few more against chelsea,

How's this for an easy run-in, with the possible exception of Villa away, surely they can't not win these matches

Man City (H)
West Ham (A)
Aston Villa (A)
Wigan (H)
Reading (H)
Newcastle (A)

Who will beat United??

Any of them can. And to put it down to who is impossible.

It all depends on what shape United are in.

I think some of the teams coming to OT will just sit back and play for the draw to be honest.

Reading (H)
Arsenal (A)
Liverpool (A)
Chelsea (A)
Middlesbrough (H)

They will lose against boro as we will dive in the box and get a penalty, as it seems to be ok to dive these days.

It happens. Bad* decisions always go against you but you just have to move onto the next game. Heck, you played last night concentrate on that!

*Not saying the penalty was a bad decision mind.

I don't think we'll lose against Chelski, we usually do well in the league at Anfield. I have a bad feeling about West Ham away for some reason.

City can. Nah im only joking its not looking very hopeful. It would be great to nick 2 points of them though. I think they could fall to Arsenal but it hates me to say it i think they have the league this season.
