View Full Version : FC Porto vs Arsenal
Arsenal travel to the Estádio do Dragão to secure their place to the next round.
Porto on high terms look a tough side to play for 90 minutes.
With a list of injuries, Arsenal face a tough fixture where they will rely on there youngsters to help sail them through to the next round. With the injuries, will we see the same character shown on Saturday at the Emirates.
Both teams are looking for the win however, it can be settled with a point.
Match kick off - 7:45 pm on Sky Sports Xtra
any predictions for the score nafe?
I'm not sure, it's a nervy game for us and with the side were putting out tonight it'll be a challenge.
Hopefully a win for us!

almost forgot about this game.... got to make a decision on either watching this one or Man. Utd. (or maybe both :D)
As for this game I predict a 2-1 win for Arsenal, with Port scoring first

You're better off watching proper football :)
Both teams will probably go for a draw, maybe a 1-1 draw.

Is that the team that got beat by Arsenal at their home? ;)
any probable line-ups?
I dont think arsenal will have the firepower up front but I can see goals coming from their midfield.

Theres no line up given yet, off the top of my head I should think we'll have:
Lehman, Eboue, Toure, Djourou, Clichy, Ljunberg, Gilbo, Fabergas, Hleb, v. Persie and Adebayor.
Well it finished 0-0. The home side pushing in the first half coming within inches of the goal by hitting the post twice. They made it difficult for Arsenal to gain possession, Arsenal had a few chances but all in all, it was a neutral game with both teams allowing each other to pass the ball around in there own half.
The main thing is, Arsenal are through and hopefully next time around, we'll have our squad back ready to go.
