I've never heard of him so i can't give much of an input. Would he fit into Fergie's future plans?

he is in Seria A, so must be talented.
I tend to see Fergie as the kind of manager that only takes young strikers if he knows that he can mold them on to something better. And as for future plans, I think he would rather strengthen the midfield first, he already has a good set of strikers.
