Im in school, and this site isn't blocked so yeah.
Does anybody know any decent proxies which will
actually work. My schools blocked most sites though.
So tell me GOOD ones.

Well once it's installed and someone who's IP banned tries to use a proxy they'll find out it doesn't work.

I just read a blog entry on how to get through blacklisted sites at work or school. It's quite smart all you need is Google and that site more than likely will never get blacklisted.
All you need to do is use Google's translate tool. Select any language to English and enter the url you want. No worries, this does not hide your IP address, so if you're banned it's not going to help you out yes:
