fad diets by boro boy ( or bb is you wanna make him sound gay)
breakfast - slim fast shake
10 o'clock - rollover hot dog and/or large (diet) quavers
lunch - slimfast (of course)
3 ish - more diet crisps
dinner - heather cooked dinner
evening (geeking time) - large spar bag full of snacks
no wonder his boro shirt is sprayed on!

BB you got a bigger belly than me now mate and i ain't joking ,Pipe's been on a pretty strict diet ,Eat chicken or fish ,am only having red meat once a week etc and the other thing is excercise ,bit of the Swimming etc

When I started the course that Shirt didn't fit me at all, it neaerly fits me now but it was proper, proper tight, i've lost over a stone so far. I'll lost the next lot during leave as i'm going to do load of cylcing.
