I just wanted to know how member of the month works? Do people vote, I joined 7th March and havent experienced a MOTM. so just wanted to know.

The staff give a name out and then the name that occurs the most wins. If its a tie then it goes to a poll, where only the staff can vote.

Which pretty much failed when I set it up. I'm hoping it's more successful for this month.

Loads of people have one Member of the month, i think i recall RFC winning it a couple of times and RedRabbit...

The Staff of the month only started a few weeks ago
