"What do you think the fastest thing in the world is?

Englishman replies, "It would have to be thought because as soon as you asked me that question i was thinking of what to say!"

Irishman replies, "It would have to be blinking as you dont even see it when you do blink!"

Welshman replies, "It would have to be electricity because as soon as you hit the light switch the light is instantly on!"
