Ananova - Browne pledge over seized sailors

Britain is doing "everything possible" to secure the release of 15 service personnel seized by the Iranian authorities, Defence Secretary Des Browne has said.

NOTHING will happen to the Sailors and Marines held. Because if anything did happen then the UK and USA would seek revenge and more sanctions would be taken upon Iran.

Act of aggression, yeah how can returning to your two Ribs (sea boats) be aggressive when you were only returning to the mothership (HMS Cornwall). They are the ones being aggressive by taking the 15 people captive under armed arrest.

But like I said, nothing will happen to them and they will be released soon. Iran can't risk harming them, its an excuse for the USA to start attacking them, all it needs is one of the 15 people held captive to get seriously injured or killed and America wil strike.
