Just a littel thread about your financial situation. Are you in credit or in debt. I'm in debt but hopefully in about 2 years I will be out of debt.

i put credit but i owe £55,000 on my mortage but my house is worth £135,000 so i think its more of a credit

everything i have is paid for and really i could give up work but well you have to do somat i suppose ,So on that note i will probably retire round about 55 years old ,i very much work any hours i want to really  yes:

I'm in debt, only because of student loans though.
If I carry on working in the summer I should end up only adding tuition fees to it anyway, my cost of living is more or less boxed off with wages.

Im in both really!I have two properties paid for,plus some property in bulgaria,I have a £350 000 mortgage on a house worth around £750 000.Property is my pension.but i am on a damn good wage.I also buy everything with a credit card purely for the insurance,but i clear my balance monthly.

debt is when you owe more money to people/banks than you actually have, and credit is when you have more money than you owe
