Is he right?

I think he is, we were completely demolished by a relegation zone side yesterday and were bossed all over the park. We haven't created a proper goal scoring chance in about 4 games, Viduka is effectively playing for another club now, and many of the others have decided the summer has already arrived.

Already only 6 points off the relegation zone and in a massive patch of poor form, I think Boro might go down.

New boro badge for next season :LolLolLolLol:

I hope not but our remaining fixtures look hard.

Well i wouldn't be too fussed to be honest. The football we play is shit and the Championship is a good league to be in as we would be fighting for Promotion again. At the moment, its very boring being a boro fan, we are never going to win anything in the Premiership.

The best thing for us to do you be to get relegated.

The thing is though, we need to be in the prem next season for the money that is going to be available.

If we go down, our players will want to leave and we will have to rebuild if we get back in the prem.

Exactly it's a dangerous slope down to the championship for a team like boro who are traditionally a premiership club. The amount of revenue you lose would really hit you.

I'd be absolutely devastated if we dropped into the championship. I don't particularly mind being in the Prem and not winning a whole lot because I know that one day we will start to win things more often. What chace do we have of winning anything in the championship.

You'd have more chance of winning the championship next season if you went down than anything else if you stayed up though. Although obviously that doesn't mean it's worth going down....

we already have a championship trophy or 2 lol.

Well it will give the club a kind of new start as nothing is happening at the moment. I'm completely bored at the moment with boro.

Don't know about you but I'd much rather be playing Man Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal and losing than going to places like Southend and Luton and winning.

Your only 6 points ahead of Charlton who still have to play a couple of teams in and around that area. Youll need to start winning games to survive because every game it's looking more likely.

Also you got beat by a relegation side because there on good form and you've got pretty bad away form. You've got to win the majority of your remaining home matches

We have 4 more home games. We might be ok. Two wins from the last 7 games will see us through.

who are your home games against?

I think we can pick up points against watford, villa, wigan and fulham. Maybe a point against spurs as its at home.

home games are against Watford, Villa, Spiurs and Fulham.

Away games against Liverpool, Man Utd and Wigan.

Ronaldo

the 4 home games are winnable, you should stay up if you get something from them

westboy

Surely you should get 6 points from Watford and Fulham. Away games you'll be lucky to pick up a point. Liverpool are too strong at Anfield, United don't look like losing and Wigan will be desperate to win as they'll be in a relegation battle, so that'll be tough but you'll probably won't lose at home again, except mabye to spurs.

I hope so. Boro need to be in the premiership. We need the money because we aren't exactly getting it from tickets. And like you said, who wants to be playing against luton southend etc when we can be playing against some of the bet teams in the world.

no one is safe
8 games remaining are a lot
thats around 24 points
any one of the bottom 3 clubs earn 10 points
makes the end of the season hot up in all the table
top down, middles as well
:)
boro have too much quality to go down, even thou at times in games they struggle a lot

I wouldn't worry. If anyone out of the teams above the relegation zone goes it will probably be Fulham.

We wont get relegated this season, only because there is 3 teams even shitter than us..

From the championship there is some pretty good teams coming up so if nothing drastic is done in the transfer window we are in trouble next season
