look at all the visits we are getting from the digg site. Just click on the icon http://www.myfootballforum.com/../images/buttons/digg.png (http://digg.com/submit?phase=2&url=http://www.myfootballforum.com/showthread.php?t=3279&title=Please%20DIGG%20threads) to digg it, you have to register at digg first.

i think that would be deemed/seen as advertising, if you keep it to individuals it will be trusted a bit more as an interesting post.

I've been digging a few threads but if we delete a few topics won't the link on digg.com redirect to another thread because the digged thread's link will have changed. do you know what I mean? :icon_redface:

if the site is getting 500 unique visits from digg users a day, maybe that why the server kept blowing its load.

the server crash as we were getting 150+ connections from the same IP. Someone gave the site a DDOS attack.
