Server Speed Problem / Crashing

I'm still yet to find the plug in which is causing all the problems with the site. So to this end I have disabled all the plugins. I will be adding them back , 1 by one over the next week.

Its probably vbseo. I've just disabled everything basically

Its seems faster now. I'll start enabling stuff on wednesday.
