Nice emaill I just sent to our hosts.

Evening www.vpsland.com

I'm honestly not happy with the support from vpsland. I asked a few days ago to get my memory upgraded from 256 to 512. Yesterday they said they had done this and restarted my server. I had 5 hours of downtime as the "monkeys" who were supposed to do this did not carry out their job or their duty correctly. You really need to sort your support out, I sent you an email about 8 hours ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. You just seem to ignore your customers and we are the people who pay your wages.

If you are over worked then get more workers in, I have a friend who works for customer support at another hosting company and he said to change the memory it should have taken minutes, not 5 hours, well actually it still hasen't happened yet. I'm still on 256 and i'm just not happy whatsoever.

I will give you until 9am BST (GMT+1) thats 11 hours and 30 min. To install the extra 256 meg of ram or i'm going to leave you and find another hosting company. I've just been on http://www.webhostingtalk.com and I searched for vpsland and their are so many bad experiences of your hosting and support. The hosting does seem ok but your support is really really really bad. I just need the extra memory so I can run a script which required this and which has lately been crashing my forum.

I just need this matter resolved once and for all, I'm completely sick of being ignored by your support team. As you can tel i'm not very happy with your support. It drastically needs to improve. My last host www.site5.com were amazing and answered my questions within 15 min that was day or night, this cannot be said about www.vpsland.com.

I look forward to hearing from you or its goodbye.

Only reason we moved was cause they couldn't handle MFF on their server and said we needed a VPS. So the memory still isn't updated?

No they haven't done anything for about 48 hours since I asked for it. I sent an email last night and one today but had no reply.
