Due to the pathetic support of the current host, I have made the decision to move our forums to another host which is slightly more expensive but had a good renowned service in the hosting world.

I'm just waiting for the phone call to voice verify the order and we should then be able to move. The forums will remain open until Im ready to transfer everything over, this should be sometime today or tomorrow.

I'm sorry for the downtime this will cause in advance but the forums will be much much faster and thats all that matters at the end of the day.

Currently we only have 256 of RAM, the new server has 768 and should be a lot quicker are more reliable than the server we are on at the moment.

Other than the problems with the customer support at www.vpsland.com there servers are pretty good. But if they can't change the memory of the server then what else can't they do, they still have not replied to any of my emails sent today and yesterday so god help us if the site was to go down.

Lmao. They'd have responded the second you sent it if you got me to write it... May also have said they're doing F.A for you for the attitude in which you wrote the complaint, but all the same lol...

Well I hope so, it can't really get any worse!! I've told them i'm leaving and i've not got any replies. They just don't seem interested.
