View Full Version : Cashley faces Arsenal for first time
Wonder what reception he'll get from the away support.:D
he's expecting a hurd of abuse according to the BBC. I don't see why they should boo him, they swapped him for an even better player plus £5m ;)
They'll still boo him.
Its just the way he left us, he acted immature and snuck behind his superiors back's having meetings with old chelski.
He still has his apartment in North London, 10 mins from where I live and someone graffitied on his apartment door saying "Chelsea scum" "homosexual ******" lol.
I'm not looking forward to this game :(

That's probably got to do more with Arsenal's negotiation skills than Ashley Cole

He's a great player, no one knows what happened or why he went behind Arsenals back. Maybe they were not going let him go, maybe he was unhappy? Personal problems, you just don't know.
But the money is always a great decider.
Maybe he wanted more money and though he had more chance of success at Chelsea
I don't doubt his talent, hes a brilliant player and there is no doubt in that. Money did get the better of him, dazzled him and wanted to be apart of something good so he went to Chelsea.
I only see him portrayed as greedy through his actions.
Exactly most people would have preferred to be successful with their local club, afterall Arsenal got to the final of the CL whilst Chelsea didn't, even though they lost to the same team.
