Removed 30 Second post Limit and Minimum Posts

I have removed the 30 second wait that people have to do before they post another thread. Also I have removed the minimum characters a post has to have. It was set on 10 but its now disabled.

Well there's just some people who are stuck so far up their own arse that it would be the best thing for him. I thought I was bad for not hearing people out.

Not necessarily, we are going to monitor the posts and see if the quality drops. It shouldn't do though as we have some quality posters on here compared with other forums.

Well we'll just keep an eye on it, its not really being tested as it works lol. We will just keep an eye out for people posting short replies.

We have to create quality replies so people have something to read rather than just yes and no answers. The better quality the posts are, the better the forum will become.
