Muhammad Demirci might be the most lucky boy in the world today as he will join the spanish club Barcelona with monthly wage of £1,500, but first Barcelona must pay as much as £2 million to Besiktas to transfer the boy to Barca squad.

Demirci had successful trials with Barca last month and is set to join the Spanish giants in September once he completes his final season in Turkey.

Barca have already decided to register him as ‘Muha’ to appeal more to Spanish fans.

Your quote says £1500 Monthly

Anyways, that's quality for a 12 year old. I'm 17 and I don't even earn that.

Not really, as a minor all monies would go to his parents/guardian. They may spend it all before he gets his hands on it (the usual case, not saying this will happen). Hopefully Barca are smart enough to put his wages in a trust for him to have when he turns 18. I hate when a child generates income and it foolishly spent by the parents.:ranting:

this kid must have some star potential for Barca to invest this much time and money in him,

edit*
Also the new Fifa rules state that a certain amount of players need to have been trained at your club for a few years to qualify, so bringing him in early allows them to field him a few years down the line

well barca got messi from boca at 13
as ununder grown, & nurtured kid
& look at him now

i have heard about Muhammad demirci, a few months back from a site
saying barca sent a delegate to negotiate his transfer & settle his family in barca
i am not happy about the muha' shortening
they talk of racism & violence, but they are not trying anything to intergrate others into the society much less the football staduim
tolerance ppl when the world understand that
live & let live

Its ridiculous. How you can judge a player before hes even reached puberty is stupid.

The best people can in sport. Ron Dennis spotted Lewis Hamilton when he was 9 years old, there are other examples in football I just can't think of them right now.
