'Friendly fire' death is probed
A marine who died in Afghanistan may have been killed in a friendly fire incident involving an American aircraft, the BBC has learned.

Why are they so trigger happy? Surely they must have some ROE which prevent them from shooting until they, themselves have come under fire!!!
