Best thing that's happened for a long time. Will take no shit from the players and has a decent record with Motherwell as well.

Also a big name, at least as a player...

I'm really pleased and looking forward to seeing him this weekend.

Good news is an understatement...I'd be interested to hear from our Scottish members, but I understand he did really well to keep Motherwell in the SPL despite going into administration and obviously he did well at Rangers.

Sorry to come down on your party westboy... but you're fucking screwed mate.

Hes was absolutely shite at Sydney FC ( I should know) and Sydney fans were wanting to get rid. They now have Culina, who is much better.

I guess he could be good motivationally, and he is comical, he dances around the sideline like a ballerina (cant spell it)

But tactically hes a disaster. I feel sorry for Brentford now. You're fucked

I thought the Butcher did well for sydney considering the players didnt want him there because he worked them too hard. the players wanted to get rid of him and as soon as they new he was going they started playing better.

No mate, he was pathetic. He's got a decent squad of players and he struggled to get into the top 4. Since Culina came in their playing a lot better. Also, wasnt he shite at Wolves aswell?!

The fact he works players too hard is a good thing in our case. We've had a season where players have been let off with giving about 40% effort

You say he's mad and motivates but has not tactical knowledge. That's exactly Martin Allen and although he didn't get us to the championship because of his tactics, he came at a time when we were in big trouble and got us out of it. Ok it was mid-season, but I think if he get's a good assistant manager the fact he doesn't do tactics won't be a disaster.
