With pools having a bit of money from promotion, it's rumoured that the Rink End (away end) is getting expanded by an extra tier.

I think it's rediculous! If you see the state of the women's toilets (I don't know what the men's are like, but I should ask my sister as she went in them the other day lmao), and the paint work, it should be that which gets improved, not the Rink End, which barely gets filled as it is!

The bars and food stalls need improving too, as it is terrible when you're waiting for the full 15mins of half time to get your drink, and by then, you just want to get back to the match.

I know that versing teams like Southend, Leeds and Luton, a bigger away end is most probably needed, but look at it geographically. Do you seriously think Luton and Southend are going to bring more than 1,000 fans to Hartlepool on a freezing Saturday in the middle of winter. I can't see it personally, and it should be the whole ground that benefits from the profit. Not just the Rink End.

You'd get extra revenue by having extra seats though and improving the toilets wont cost much. I'd use the money on improving the squad to be honest

we also shove our away fans in the corner..dunno why as there's usually plenty of space for them behind one of the goals..

aren't toilets always a state at football clubs.

some in the connie south might as well have been a hole in the floor.

I'm not just going on about the toilets... I'm going on about the stadium as a whole. A lick of paint, new loos, proper burgers instead of ham burgers, a bigger bar space etc. In the Town End where I stand, there's just a random bar in the middle of the walkway. It's rediculous. Our squad doesn't need improving for League 1. We've got the perfect squad for that already :D

Some toilets are worse than others. You should see Swindon's there pretty awful. Burgers are supposed to be awful at football matches lol if you get a tasty one I'd ask for my money back!

But yeah you've got a point about the stadium being shit on the whole. Presumeably there doing it to make money but surely more home fans will come if the stadiums nicer and that's going to be the same for 23 games rather than a few away games.

I think Blundell Park has some of the worst toilets in League Two. You have to roll up your trousers to your knees to avoid getting them wet (and that's on a sunny day so you can only guess what is on the floor).

The burgers here are nice though, although a little on the expensive side.
