How do you find out a PUK Code

I'm on the 3 network and it looks like I've locked my phone. it says I need to enter the PUK code to unlock it. i have no idea what mine is or how to find it out. Would anybody help me ??:o

I think you have to ring up 3 and get it off them.

On some networks it's on the sticker on the box your phone came when you bought it.

with o2 you can do it online,they email it to you.
