I was previously on NTL broadband and the speed was like 780kb now its

NTL is Virgin. ;) What speed are you meant to have? By the looks of it it's 8.... Virgin don't do 8, they do 2,4 and 20.

20, but its just starting up, but i had 2 before, that was the highest NTL one
