Chelsea and Brentford are pleased to announce that from next season (2007/8), the Premiership's reserve team will play their home matches at Brentford's stadium, Griffin Park.
Chelsea Chief Executive Peter Kenyon said: "We are very pleased to have agreed a mutually beneficial arrangement with our near neighbours at Brentford.
"When we played our recent match versus China at Griffin Park, we were impressed with the set-up at Brentford and an excellent playing surface. We are looking forward to working together."
Brentford's Managing Director, Keith Dickens said; "Clearly, this is an excellent relationship to have with our neighbours generally and with potential revenue spin-offs for us. We are delighted that Brentford and Chelsea can work together."
The agreement is for 3 years and includes Chelsea's Youth Team FA Cup matches, up to and including the sixth round, and possibly other fixtures
