Theres rumours going round that our manager, Neil McDonald, is wanted by Big Sam as his assistant once he takes over as the Barcodes new manager.. Hope it doesn't happen cause really can't be arsed, specially with the farse last summer after Simmo went to the Nob Enders!

If he thinks he can get you promoted next season then he'll probably stay because a job in the championship as a full time manager is probably as good as being assistant in the prem, how long has he been with you?

I think that he will feel that he has unfinished business at Carlisle mate.
I have to say that im disapointed in Murphy, hes gone to Gretna of all teams.
Rumours have it that Carlisle are going to sign Grant Holt. I think if they can get him he'll be an amazing signing. They need to sign 3/4 players of his quality if they are to challenge next season.
So come on Carlisle, lets not make Elton John your only big summer signing!!

Has Murph deffo gone to Gretna aye? God knows what they are going to do once the sugar daddy leaves like..

Aye, i'd hate for Macca to go at this stage like, a very good first season and reckon if he gets the backing from the board he could bring in some quality players that we need.. like you said, Holt has been rumoured, aswell as Lean Constantine.
