What, in your opinion are the most important things to have if you are a big club?

For me it's...

1. To be in the top flight of football in your national league
2. To have a large fan base/stadium
3. To have a successful history

Successful history with a great tradition.
Strong long standing Fanbase.

Used that based on clubs I see as being 'big'.

Arsenal
Aston Villa
Liverpool
Everton
Manchester United
Nottingham Forest
Spurs

There are a few more that have escaped my mind at the moment.

Chelsea are hugely successful at the moment, and very soon will porbably be seen as a big club. But there history is on the low side, but in 10 or so years, they will probably be seen that, if they sustain their success.
