You're at the stage everyone gets to at your age mate :)
No-one over 17 thinks the charts are worth anything.
Pop music at a level is crap, all the stuff that is produced is rubbish tbh and takes not much talent to do.
I think on the Vernan Kay's hits thing, the Scissor Sisters got number 1, lol!
The thing is, Lazy Town is a babies program....

So's the Telletubbies and The Wombles, just be pleased they've not got to Number One like those acts did.

Wow, the charts must be getting pointless then.

I agree 100% on that.
It's funny, because me and my mate were talking about this the other day, as soon as you hit 17 your whole perspective of music changes instantly and it does.
You look at 13-15 year olds and they all follow a trend/phase of music which everyones likes and then you hit 17, then you go on to like different music.
I tell you what, my 4 year old nephew is crazy over that song. Its most probably my sister buying them all for him :p

It's probably linked to the rebellion and individuality people like to find at that age, plus greater exposure to non-mainstream culture.
But I'm not a sociologist so won't carry on:D
never mind whats at number 4, look whats number 1. straight away that tells me its a load of bollox lol

I could feel the 10-year-old in me hating Take That when I saw them on TV last week.
Yeh they should just give it up, there old and fat and totally lost there appeal now.
Leave it for the twats such as Westlife and Girls Aloud..
The charts have been shit for a long time, but music is very individual so who am i to knock.
