Tottenham have completed the signing of Southampton full-back Gareth Bale for a fee that could rise to £10million.

Southampton will receive an immediate payment of £5million, with further conditional payments up to a total additional consideration of £5million.

If he's played his youth in as a full-back why should he be changed now? He would be a regular at left-back and a good one at that.

We will use him as Left Back, it's Assou-Ekotto we are now training to be in midfield. As I said, great signing and hopefully he does well for us.
