How Can Sheffield United Hold On To Their Premier League Shares?
Surely they have to hand them in and give them to the new clubs coming up as it would be classed as disrespectful if they don't give their shares to the new clubs. Surely they have to give them back.
The hearing is on the 18/19 June. But I don't think anything will happen, they will just say the same old shit that been said already.

I can see Sheff Utd's point of view, but it's not going to work. They have to accept what happened and look forward to getting back up into the prem.

The Premier League has warned Sheffield United they will be forced to surrender their share in the League if The Blades fail to release it voluntarily.
United have decided to continue their protest at their controversial relegation by refusing to relinquish their share of the League.
The Blades' grievances stem from the failure to impose a points deduction on West Ham despite irregularities in the signings of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano, with an arbitration tribunal set to examine the case at United's behest.
Now the Yorkshire club have been told that if they continue to withhold their share, they will lose it anyway at the Premier League's AGM.
"If Sheffield United do not return the share, Premier League rules mean that it will be unilaterally transferred to a promoted club and this will happen at our AGM this coming Thursday," said a Premier League spokesman.
United plc chairman Kevin McCabe (pictured) has threatened to take legal action should the club not be restored to the Premiership next season.

If the premier league did change their mind then the fact the new fixtures were out wouldnt make a difference. They'd just replace the Utd's fixtures with WH's and make a couple of changes like if Wednesday were playing at home on the same day as Utd but it won't happen.
